It has an amber colour with golden and slightly brownish hues. The nose reveals prominent aromas of dried fruits (walnut, almond, and dried fig), orange peel, honey, caramel, and subtle notes of vanilla and spices. On the palate, it is smooth and silky, with good freshness, a balance between sweetness and acidity, and layers of flavour that reflect its long aging in wood. The finish is long, elegant, and persistent.
